Terms of Service

PremiumSportProfiles is operated by Premium Sport Profiles Corp., located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

In these Terms of Service, “PremiumSportProfiles,” “Premium Sport Profiles Corp.,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Premium Sport Profiles Corp. “You” and “your” refer to anyone who visits, uses, purchases, accesses, manages, contributes to, or interacts with PremiumSportProfiles.

By using PremiumSportProfiles, creating an account, purchasing a product or service, uploading content, creating or managing an athlete profile, submitting a form, requesting a free highlight video, or accessing a public profile, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use PremiumSportProfiles.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect personal information. By using PremiumSportProfiles, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

PremiumSportProfiles may be offered as a beta, early access, or evolving service. During beta, features may be incomplete, changed, added, removed, interrupted, redesigned, or temporarily unavailable.

You understand that beta services may contain bugs, errors, downtime, incomplete workflows, changing user interfaces, or experimental features. We may update the platform at any time as we improve the service.

PremiumSportProfiles is not intended for direct use by children under 13.

Athlete profiles for minors must be created, managed, or authorized by a parent, guardian, or other authorized adult. If you create, manage, purchase, edit, publish, request media services for, or share a profile or highlight video for a minor, you confirm that you have the legal authority and consent required to do so.

We may suspend, remove, restrict, or disable accounts, profiles, or content if we believe there is a safety, consent, authority, or legal concern involving a minor.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including activity by anyone you authorize to access or manage a profile.

You agree to notify us through our Contact page if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You may only create, manage, edit, upload to, publish, share, or purchase services for an athlete profile if you are authorized to do so.

Authorized users may include the athlete, where legally able to consent, the athlete’s parent or guardian, an authorized representative, an authorized team or club administrator, or another person or organization with permission to manage the profile.

You are responsible for resolving any disputes about who is authorized to manage an athlete profile. We may restrict access, suspend management permissions, or disable public visibility while authority or ownership concerns are reviewed.

Athlete profiles may be public, shareable by link, and viewable by coaches, schools, clubs, recruiters, families, and other visitors depending on profile settings and sharing choices.

You are responsible for the information you choose to publish, upload, or share. Public or shared profile content may be copied, screenshotted, forwarded, indexed, saved, or viewed outside the direct control of PremiumSportProfiles.

Do not publish information that you do not have permission to share or that you do not want visible to others.

“User content” means any information, media, or material uploaded, submitted, created, edited, published, sent, displayed, or shared through PremiumSportProfiles.

User content may include:

• athlete names, profile details, bios, and introductions;
• academic, athletic, recruiting, and achievement information;
• photos, images, graphics, logos, thumbnails, and videos;
• highlight clips, full games, reels, and related media;
• free highlight video requests, source footage, created edits, review copies, thumbnails, graphics, and promotional samples;
• references, links, school search information, and notes;
• messages, drafts, outreach records, and contact submissions;
• any other content submitted to or through the platform.

You retain ownership of your user content. You are responsible for your user content and for making sure it is accurate, lawful, and authorized.

By submitting, uploading, publishing, sending, or sharing user content through PremiumSportProfiles, you grant Premium Sport Profiles Corp. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, transmit, process, resize, encode, convert, stream, distribute, create derivative works from, edit, adapt, and otherwise use that content as needed to operate, provide, improve, secure, support, and promote the services.

This license includes the right to make user content available on public or shareable athlete profiles, deliver media through video and storage providers, generate thumbnails or previews, support profile sharing, create highlight videos or related edits, and provide recruiting communication features.

This license also includes the right to use created content, highlight video edits, clips, thumbnails, profile visuals, athlete profile examples, and related materials for PremiumSportProfiles marketing, advertising, social media, website content, portfolio examples, case studies, product demonstrations, and promotional purposes, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

This license continues for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, operate backups or archives, and exercise the marketing and promotional rights described in these Terms.

You may only upload photos, videos, full games, highlight clips, music, graphics, team logos, school logos, third-party footage, or other media if you have the rights and permissions needed to do so.

You are responsible for ensuring that uploaded media does not violate copyright, privacy, publicity, league, school, club, photographer, videographer, broadcaster, music, or third-party rights.

If you provide footage or media for a free highlight video request, highlight reel order, athlete profile, or other media service, you confirm that you have the authority to provide that footage or media to us and to allow us to use it to create, edit, process, display, review, market, and promote related content as described in these Terms.

We may remove, restrict, disable, or refuse to process media if we believe it creates legal, safety, privacy, rights, or platform risk.

PremiumSportProfiles may offer promotional or free college recruiting highlight video request opportunities. These requests allow families or authorized users to submit basic information and, when requested by our team, provide footage or related materials so we can evaluate, create, edit, or prepare a highlight video or related media.

If you submit a free highlight video request, you authorize Premium Sport Profiles Corp. to contact you, review the submitted information, request footage, process provided footage, and create highlight video content or related media at our discretion.

A free highlight video request does not automatically grant you ownership, download rights, publishing rights, file delivery, profile access, platform access, or the right to receive a final clean copy of any created video, edit, thumbnail, draft, review copy, or related media.

To receive, download, publish, share, use, or obtain a final clean copy of a created highlight video, or to access related athlete profile tools, users may be required to create an account, sign up, choose a package, complete checkout, or otherwise follow the purchase or onboarding process we specify.

We may create watermarked, lower-resolution, review, sample, draft, teaser, or promotional versions of highlight video content before purchase or signup. We are not required to provide source project files, raw editing files, unwatermarked exports, clean HD files, downloadable files, or any other final deliverable unless included in an applicable paid package or agreed by us in writing.

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, PremiumSportProfiles may use highlight videos, clips, edits, thumbnails, athlete profile visuals, before-and-after examples, review copies, and related materials created from a free highlight video request for marketing, advertising, social media, website content, portfolio examples, product demonstrations, and promotional purposes.

We may decline, pause, limit, or stop work on a free highlight video request at any time if footage is missing, incomplete, unsuitable, unauthorized, low quality, creates legal or platform risk, or cannot reasonably be used to create the requested media.

You agree not to use PremiumSportProfiles to:

• upload false, misleading, deceptive, or impersonating content;
• publish information about an athlete, minor, coach, school, parent, guardian, or other person without proper authority;
• upload content that violates someone else’s rights;
• harass, threaten, abuse, exploit, stalk, intimidate, or harm another person;
• upload sexual, exploitative, abusive, or unsafe content, especially involving minors;
• upload malware, spam, phishing content, harmful code, or unauthorized tracking tools;
• scrape, copy, harvest, or misuse profile data or contact information;
• attempt to bypass security, payment systems, permissions, profile visibility, media access, downloads, watermarks, or access controls;
• interfere with, overload, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform;
• use the service for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.

PremiumSportProfiles is a software, media, profile, marketing, communication, and recruiting workflow platform. Premium Sport Profiles Corp. provides tools that users may use to create athlete profiles, organize media, share profile links, track engagement signals, and support their own recruiting communication workflows.

Premium Sport Profiles Corp. is not a sports agent, recruiting agency, placement agency, admissions consultant, school advisor, scholarship broker, financial aid advisor, or athlete representative.

Premium Sport Profiles Corp. does not represent athletes, parents, guardians, clubs, teams, schools, coaches, universities, colleges, or recruiters. We do not act on behalf of athletes or families in negotiations, admissions processes, scholarship discussions, financial aid discussions, roster discussions, transfer discussions, or school placement decisions.

PremiumSportProfiles does not guarantee scholarships, roster spots, admissions outcomes, coach responses, recruiting interest, athletic opportunities, school acceptance, financial aid, or any specific recruiting, academic, athletic, or financial result.

Any recruiting outcome depends on many factors outside our control, including the athlete’s academic record, athletic ability, communication, timing, eligibility, school requirements, coach interest, roster needs, admissions standards, financial aid rules, family follow-through, and decisions made by schools, coaches, clubs, leagues, governing bodies, and other third parties.

Any templates, tools, profile links, media features, tracking signals, readiness indicators, school search features, communication tools, or platform guidance provided by PremiumSportProfiles are informational and operational tools only. They are not professional advice, admissions advice, legal advice, financial aid advice, scholarship advice, recruiting representation, or a promise of any outcome.

PremiumSportProfiles provides tools, but users remain responsible for how those tools are used.

Parents, guardians, athletes, representatives, clubs, teams, or other authorized users are responsible for deciding which schools, coaches, clubs, programs, or contacts to pursue; what information to share; what messages to send; when to send them; and how to follow up.

Users are responsible for monitoring their own emails, communications, profile updates, application deadlines, admissions requirements, financial aid requirements, eligibility requirements, forms, coach responses, and school-specific processes.

PremiumSportProfiles may help organize information, but it does not replace the user’s responsibility to actively participate in the recruiting, admissions, communication, and follow-up process.

PremiumSportProfiles may provide tools, templates, drafts, tracking features, analytics, or workflows that help users prepare or send recruiting communications.

You are responsible for the content, recipients, timing, legality, and accuracy of messages you send or cause to be sent through the platform.

Message opens, clicks, profile views, and similar analytics are estimates. They may be affected by email clients, privacy tools, spam filters, security scanners, forwarding, blocked images, browser settings, or technical issues.

PremiumSportProfiles may offer paid products or services, including athlete profile access, sport profile products, store credits, highlight reel products, video services, media services, final clean highlight video files, downloads, publishing tools, or other paid features.

Prices, features, product availability, and checkout flows may change over time. The price shown at checkout is the price that applies to that purchase, subject to any taxes, fees, or other amounts shown during checkout.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate payment and billing information and authorize the applicable payment provider to process the payment.

Free highlight video requests, promotional offers, previews, drafts, samples, or review copies do not change the payment requirement for paid packages, final deliverables, clean HD files, downloads, publishing rights, profile access, or other paid features unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.

We may retain order, fulfillment, transaction, and account records for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute resolution, and operational purposes.

All purchases are final. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once completed.

This no-refund policy applies even if a customer chooses not to complete, publish, update, activate, share, or use a purchased athlete profile, sport profile, store credit, highlight reel, media product, final highlight video, download, or service.

Because PremiumSportProfiles may unlock access, reserve platform resources, initiate fulfillment workflows, process media, create edits, create order records, or recognize revenue after payment, customers are responsible for deciding whether to purchase before payment is made.

Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.

Some PremiumSportProfiles purchases may create credits, product entitlements, fulfillment records, media workflows, highlight reel requests, vendor work orders, or similar operational records.

Users are responsible for providing the information, media, selections, and approvals needed to fulfill a purchased product or service. Delays caused by missing, incomplete, inaccurate, or unauthorized user submissions are not the responsibility of PremiumSportProfiles.

Final clean files, downloads, publishing tools, profile activation, media access, or other deliverables may be withheld until the applicable signup, onboarding, payment, authorization, or fulfillment requirements are completed.

We may refuse, pause, cancel, or modify fulfillment if a request violates these Terms, creates legal or safety risk, lacks required permissions, or cannot reasonably be completed.

We may update, modify, suspend, restrict, discontinue, or remove any part of PremiumSportProfiles at any time, including features, routes, pages, public profiles, tools, media services, products, prices, workflows, and integrations.

We do not guarantee that PremiumSportProfiles will be available at all times or that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every browser, device, network, email client, or third-party service.

We may suspend, restrict, disable, remove, archive, or terminate accounts, profiles, public visibility, content, access, purchases, credits, or services if we believe there is:

• a violation of these Terms;
• a safety, privacy, consent, or minor-related concern;
• unauthorized profile management or disputed authority;
• non-payment, payment failure, chargeback, or payment abuse;
• fraud, spam, misuse, scraping, or platform abuse;
• legal, regulatory, security, or operational risk;
• content we cannot reasonably host, process, display, or support.

We are not required to continue hosting, publishing, processing, or displaying content that we believe creates risk for the platform, users, athletes, minors, coaches, schools, or other third parties.

PremiumSportProfiles may rely on third-party services for hosting, storage, database, authentication, payments, email, SMS, video delivery, media processing, analytics, security, and other services.

Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, uptime limits, fees, restrictions, and data practices. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

PremiumSportProfiles, including our website, platform, designs, branding, text, graphics, layouts, features, software, workflows, code, and related materials, is owned by Premium Sport Profiles Corp. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from PremiumSportProfiles except as permitted by these Terms or with our written permission.

Edits, layouts, templates, graphics, thumbnails, motion elements, creative decisions, workflow processes, and platform-created media materials produced by or through PremiumSportProfiles may include our intellectual property, know-how, branding, creative work, or licensed materials. Access to a final deliverable does not grant rights to source project files, templates, internal workflows, or platform assets unless expressly agreed by us in writing.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, ideas, bug reports, feature requests, or other comments about PremiumSportProfiles, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation to you.

PremiumSportProfiles is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, security, and reliability.

We do not warrant that the service will meet your expectations, produce any recruiting outcome, be uninterrupted, be error-free, preserve all content indefinitely, or be free from viruses, harmful components, data loss, or unauthorized access.

We do not guarantee that any free highlight video request, highlight reel, media edit, profile, message, or recruiting tool will result in coach responses, recruiting interest, admissions outcomes, scholarships, roster spots, financial aid, or any other specific outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Premium Sport Profiles Corp. and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages, including lost profits, lost opportunities, lost recruiting outcomes, lost data, business interruption, loss of goodwill, or reputational harm.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to PremiumSportProfiles will not exceed the amount you paid to Premium Sport Profiles Corp. for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim arose.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Premium Sport Profiles Corp. and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, service providers, and affiliates from and against claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or related to:

• your use or misuse of PremiumSportProfiles;
• your user content;
• your violation of these Terms;
• your violation of someone else’s rights;
• unauthorized profile creation, management, publishing, or sharing;
• free highlight video requests submitted without proper authority;
• media, footage, music, images, logos, or content uploaded, submitted, or provided without permission;
• claims relating to our use of user content or created content for marketing or promotional purposes where you lacked the rights, authority, or permissions required to provide that content;
• your recruiting communications or use of contact information;
• your violation of applicable laws or regulations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Subject to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection or privacy laws, disputes relating to these Terms or PremiumSportProfiles will be handled in the courts located in Alberta, Canada.

We may update these Terms from time to time as the platform, law, vendors, products, pricing, or business practices change.

The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when these Terms were last revised. Continued use of PremiumSportProfiles after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms, where permitted by law.
