What is included with a managed team website?

Your team gets a branded website with its own web address, an organized roster, an individual profile for every player, game review for usable highlights, sponsorship tools, and a human account manager who helps keep the site current.

Can we choose our team's domain name?

Yes. During signup, we work with your team to choose an available domain name for its website.

What do we need to provide to get started?

Send us your roster, team branding, and three full-game recordings. Your account manager uses them to build the site and player profiles and add usable highlights.

How do player profiles and highlights work?

Every roster player gets a profile. We review the games you provide and add usable clips to the relevant profiles. The footage determines which highlights are available, so we cannot promise a clip for every player from every game.

How many games are included?

The first month includes review of three full games. Starting in month two, each paid month adds one more full game for review.

What if we do not have a game ready one month?

Unused included games carry forward without a balance cap while your subscription is active. They expire when the service ends.

Can families share player profiles with coaches?

Yes. Parents and players can share profile links with college and university coaches. Sharing a profile does not guarantee recruiting interest.

Can we feature team sponsors on the site?

Yes. The service includes tools for sending advertising proposals, collecting sponsor payments, and displaying sponsor ads on the website.

Who updates the website during the season?

A human account manager helps update the website and player profiles as your team provides new information and game footage.

Is there a minimum term, and how do we cancel?

There is no minimum term. You can request cancellation at any time, including during your first month, and it takes effect 30 days later. Your first month still includes review of three full games you provide.
