What is included in Annual + Highlight Reel?

How do Monthly and Annual differ?
Both include the same online profile features. Monthly is billed monthly with self-service setup. Annual is billed annually and includes profile setup. Neither includes highlight reel production; that service is included in Annual + Highlight Reel.
What footage do I need to send?
For Annual + Highlight Reel, send one full game for us to use in producing your reel, along with the athlete information needed for your profile. Full-game footage is not required to start Monthly or Annual membership; you can use your existing videos and highlights.
How can I share my profile with coaches?
Once your highlight reel and profile are ready, use your profile link to share them with schools and coaches you choose. Sharing your profile does not guarantee that a coach will watch, respond, or offer a place or scholarship.

Can coaches see my athlete’s profile without paying or creating an account?
Yes. No payment, no registration and no membership required to view your published profile. A coach can open the page, watch the videos you’ve made public and review your athlete’s information. They can also pass the link to another coach without asking that person to sign up. Your family pays for the membership; we don’t charge people to see your athlete.

Can we share the profile with coaches who don’t use Premium Sport Profiles?
Absolutely. Your athlete’s profile is not limited to coaches within our platform. Share your profile link in emails, introductions, follow-up messages and social posts. Coaches can open the page, watch your published videos and review your athlete’s information without paying or creating an account. As you update the profile, the same link continues to show the latest information you’ve published.
If the athlete profile is public, do we control what people can see?
Yes. You can build the profile privately and use the visibility settings to choose what you publish. Public access means people can view the athlete page you share; it doesn’t mean you should publish information your family wants to keep private. A parent, guardian or authorised adult must be involved with profiles for minors. Review public content carefully, because it can be viewed, forwarded or copied beyond the people you originally share it with.
Do we need to buy an expensive recruiting package to get started?

Do we need to buy additional services to get the full benefits of the profile?
No. The profile benefits described here are included in your membership. You do not need to purchase video production, a recruiting package or another upgrade to make your published profile publicly accessible, benefit from its included search optimisation, or share it with coaches. Additional services provide extra help, not access to benefits you have already paid for.
Is this only for athletes who are ready to contact college coaches?
No. You can start by documenting your athlete’s progress, organising their videos and building a professional public presence. The profile can grow with the athlete, with new achievements, playing information and highlights added over time. When you are ready to approach schools, you have a current page to share rather than having to pull everything together from scratch.
