This Privacy Policy applies to our website, athlete recruiting profile platform, public profile pages, contact forms, tracking forms, messaging tools, checkout flows, media tools, security tools, bot protection tools, and related services.

This Privacy Policy is written for our beta launch and may be updated as the platform grows.

Premium Sport Profiles Corp. is based in Alberta, Canada. We aim to handle personal information in a reasonable and responsible way consistent with applicable privacy laws.

Because users may come from Alberta, other parts of Canada, the United States, or other countries, personal information may be subject to different privacy laws depending on the user, the type of information, and how the service is used.

We collect information people provide to us, information generated through use of the platform, and information processed through service providers.

Account and identity information

We may collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, login information, account preferences, profile management relationships, and similar information needed to create, manage, secure, and support accounts.

Athlete profile information

PremiumSportProfiles is built around athlete recruiting profiles. Depending on what users choose to provide, athlete profile information may include athlete name, sport, position, graduation year, school or academic context, location or region, height, weight, athletic details, academic details, achievements, playing history, biography, introduction, references, links, profile images, hero images, highlight videos, full games, clips, media thumbnails, recruiting readiness information, school search information, and recruiting workflow information.

Parent, guardian, representative, club, or manager information

We may collect information about adults or organizations that manage, support, or help publish an athlete profile, including names, contact details, relationship to the athlete, account role, and profile permissions.

Recruiting, messaging, and contact information

PremiumSportProfiles may help users organize recruiting outreach. We may collect information related to recruiting contacts, schools, coaches, email messages, message drafts, message history, delivery events, replies, open signals, click signals, and related communication activity.

Public contact and tracking form information

If someone contacts an athlete, requests tracking updates, submits a support request, or uses another form on the platform, we may collect the information submitted in that form, such as name, email address, message content, athlete or profile referenced, and related timestamps.

Payment and order information

If a purchase is made, we may collect order details, product purchased, payment status, transaction identifiers, customer information, billing-related records, and fulfillment information. Card payment processing is handled by payment service providers such as Stripe. We do not intend to store full payment card numbers on our own servers.

Usage, device, security, and analytics information

We may collect usage and technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages viewed, referring pages, timestamps, session activity, error logs, security events, profile view activity, message open activity, link click activity, and other engagement signals.

We may also process technical signals through security and bot protection providers, including Cloudflare Turnstile. These signals may include device, browser, network, interaction, IP address, challenge, and verification information used to help distinguish legitimate users from spam, abuse, bots, or automated activity.

Athlete profiles may be public, shareable by link, and viewable by coaches, schools, clubs, recruiters, families, and other visitors depending on profile settings and sharing choices.

Users should not upload, publish, or share information they do not want visible to others. Public or shared profile content may be copied, screenshotted, shared, indexed, forwarded, or viewed outside the direct control of PremiumSportProfiles.

Users are responsible for making sure they have the authority and consent needed to publish athlete profile information, especially where the athlete is a minor.

PremiumSportProfiles is a marketing and profile-sharing platform. If an athlete profile, profile image, highlight, clip, full game, achievement, profile link, or related profile material is made public, submitted for public display, shared through the platform, or otherwise made available for promotion, we may use that public or shareable content to operate and promote the platform and the athlete profile.

This may include sharing or featuring public profile links, athlete names, profile images, sport details, highlights, achievements, clips, thumbnails, screenshots, excerpts, or other public-facing profile materials through email, social media, website pages, product examples, newsletters, recruiting-related outreach, marketing materials, sales materials, platform announcements, and similar promotional activity.

We do not claim ownership of user content. This promotional use is intended to support the operation, visibility, sharing, and marketing purpose of PremiumSportProfiles and public athlete profiles.

Users should not make profile content public or shareable if they do not want that content used, viewed, linked, featured, or promoted in connection with PremiumSportProfiles. If a user has concerns about a specific public profile or promotional use, the user should contact us through our Contact page.

PremiumSportProfiles is not intended for direct use by children under 13. Athlete profiles for minors must be created, managed, or authorized by a parent, guardian, or other authorized adult.

If we learn that we collected personal information directly from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete that information or disable the related account or profile where required.

We use personal information to:

• create and manage accounts;
• create, edit, host, and display athlete recruiting profiles;
• allow athletes, parents, guardians, representatives, clubs, teams, and profile managers to manage profile content;
• share athlete profiles with coaches and recruiting contacts;
• promote public or shareable athlete profiles and platform activity through website, email, social media, marketing, and similar channels;
• upload, store, process, and deliver photos, videos, full games, highlights, clips, and thumbnails;
• support recruiting readiness, school search, and recruiting workflow features;
• send and track recruiting messages or related communication activity;
• process purchases and maintain order records;
• provide support and respond to inquiries;
• operate, maintain, secure, and improve the platform;
• detect fraud, abuse, spam, bots, security risks, or unauthorized activity;
• verify legitimate form submissions and reduce automated spam through security tools such as Cloudflare Turnstile;
• comply with legal, tax, accounting, reporting, or regulatory requirements;
• enforce our Terms of Service and other platform rules.

PremiumSportProfiles may track profile views, message opens, link clicks, profile activity, and similar engagement signals to help users understand recruiting interest and communication engagement.

These signals may not be perfectly accurate. For example, email systems, privacy tools, browser settings, security scanners, image blocking, or forwarding may affect whether an open, click, or view is recorded accurately.

We may send transactional or service-related communications, such as account notices, login or verification messages, purchase confirmations, support responses, profile-related notices, security alerts, and important service updates.

We may also send or support email, newsletter, social media, or promotional communications related to PremiumSportProfiles, public athlete profiles, platform activity, product updates, profile examples, recruiting-related content, or similar marketing activity, where permitted by law.

If we send commercial electronic messages, we aim to comply with applicable consent, sender identification, and unsubscribe requirements where required.

We may also use security and bot protection technologies, including Cloudflare Turnstile, to help verify that form submissions and interactions are legitimate. Cloudflare may use cookies, local storage, browser signals, IP address information, device information, or similar technologies as part of its security checks.

Users may be able to control certain cookies through browser settings. Disabling cookies or blocking security checks may affect parts of the service, including login, checkout, contact forms, support forms, tracking forms, or other protected submission flows.

We use third-party service providers to operate, host, secure, process, store, deliver, promote, and improve the platform. These providers may include:

• Supabase for database, authentication, storage, and backend services.
• Vercel for hosting and deployment.
• Stripe for payment processing.
• Bunny.net for video delivery, CDN, and media delivery.
• Backblaze for storage, including full-game and media storage.
• Cloudflare, including Cloudflare Turnstile, for bot protection, spam prevention, abuse prevention, and security checks on forms and other protected interactions.
• Postmark / ActiveCampaign for transactional email, promotional email, and related email services.
• Twilio for SMS, phone, messaging, or verification services where used.
• Social media platforms, website platforms, analytics tools, and marketing tools used to promote public profile content or platform activity where permitted.

We may add, remove, or change service providers as the platform evolves.

Personal information may be processed, stored, or accessed in Canada, the United States, Europe, or other countries where we or our service providers operate.

Privacy laws in those countries may differ from the laws where a user lives. Personal information may also be subject to lawful access requests by courts, law enforcement, regulators, or public authorities in those jurisdictions.

We may share personal information:

• with service providers that help us operate, secure, and protect the platform;
• with security and bot protection providers, including Cloudflare Turnstile, to help prevent spam, abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, and automated activity;
• with authorized account users, profile managers, parents, guardians, representatives, clubs, teams, or administrators depending on profile permissions and account roles;
• when a user chooses to publish, share, or send an athlete profile;
• when a user makes athlete profile content public or shareable;
• when we promote public or shareable athlete profiles through website, email, social media, newsletters, marketing materials, sales materials, platform announcements, or similar channels;
• when a user sends a message or contact form through the platform;
• to process purchases, orders, support requests, and service fulfillment;
• to protect the security, rights, property, or safety of PremiumSportProfiles, users, athletes, coaches, or others;
• to prevent fraud, abuse, spam, unauthorized access, or illegal activity;
• to comply with laws, legal processes, court orders, regulatory requests, or law enforcement requests;
• in connection with a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, or transfer of the business.

We do not sell athlete profile information as a data broker.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain accounts and profiles, complete orders, support users, secure the platform, comply with legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and maintain business records.

Some information may remain in backups, logs, archives, transaction records, security records, promotional records, analytics records, or legal records for a limited period even after an account, profile, or specific content is deleted.

Users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal, security, billing, fraud-prevention, backup, promotional record, and operational requirements.

We may need to verify the identity and authority of the person making the request before responding. For athlete profiles involving minors, we may also need to verify that the requester is a parent, guardian, athlete, authorized manager, or otherwise legally authorized to make the request.

Users may also contact us if they have a concern about a specific public profile, featured profile, social media post, marketing use, or promotional use involving an athlete profile.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

We may use security tools, logging, access controls, abuse detection, and bot protection services such as Cloudflare Turnstile to help protect accounts, forms, checkout flows, support requests, and platform infrastructure.

No online service, transmission, database, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for limiting access to accounts and profiles to trusted people.

Users are responsible for:

• providing accurate information;
• only uploading content they have the right to upload;
• only publishing athlete information they have authority to publish;
• managing profile visibility and sharing choices;
• understanding that public/shareable profile content may be viewed, shared, promoted, linked, featured, or distributed outside a private account area;
• ensuring information about minors is provided with appropriate parent, guardian, or authorized adult involvement;
• avoiding the upload of unnecessary sensitive information.

The platform may include links to public profiles, school websites, coach pages, recruiting pages, video services, payment services, support services, social media platforms, or other third-party websites.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or policies of third-party websites, platforms, or services.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as the platform, law, vendors, or business practices change.

The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when the policy was last revised. Continued use of PremiumSportProfiles after an updated Privacy Policy is posted means the user accepts the updated policy, where permitted by law.
